    have been using my eu702 without any trouble at all until today when I went to use it and it came up unable to connect so I tried it on my own car which I gnow it works on and it came up with the same thing so am wondering if it could be the lead or would it be a fault in the unit

    Pls check if the machine can boot up normally and enter the main menu. If yes, then your machine may be alright. ..It may be the cable fault..
